Da bomb grilled cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread of choice (Sourdough, Focaccia, Multigrain, etc.)
  • 50 grams Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • 50 grams Mild Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Curio Spicy Tomato Relish

Method:

  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread slices
  • Spread 1.5 tbsp of the Curio Spicy Tomato Relish on one slice of bread
  • On another slice of bread, add 25g mozzarella and 25g cheddar cheese, and make a sandwich.
  • On a non-stick pan, on a medium flame, place the sandwich (mayonnaise side down) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Cut diagonally, because that’s the only way one must have a sandwich.
