What is the shelf-life of the product?

The shelf-life of this product is 6 months from the date of manufacture.

How much is the shipping charge?

All oders above Rs. 399 are shipped for FREE! For oders valued less than Rs. 399, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49 is invoiced.

What are the Nutritional Facts?

Please refer the Nutritional Information image given in the product images section.

How should I store the product after opening?

Please store the product in cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate the product after opening and use within 7 days of opening.

What to do with my leftover product?

Different recipes are given on the label for your convenience. Additionally, you visit our recipes section for more information on different recipes and applications of these products.

Is this product returnable?

Since this is a food product, it is not returnable.

What if I receive damaged product?

We take ample care to make sure that the products are delivered to you undamaged. However, if you receive a damaged product, please write us tohello@longbowfoods.comand provide pics of the damaged products you received. We will pay you full refund or ship you another order as per your choice.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

At present, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery timing is given with each order. We make sincere efforts to deliver products on time and mostly the orders are delivered on time. However, factors like availability, festival seasons, courier delays may occur. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control.
