Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Yellow bell peppers
- Green bell peppers
- Onions
- Cheese cubes
- Chilli Flakes
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Curio's Tomato Relish
- Bread
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions into small pieces.
- Mix in the cheese cubes, chilli flakes, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Add in a generous amount of Curio's Tomato Relish and mix well.
- Take a slice of bread and cut it into a square.
- Place a spoonful of the tomato and cheese mixture onto one side of the bread.
- Fold the bread diagonally to make a samosa shape and press the edges to seal it.
- Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and tomato mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Brush some olive oil over the bread pakodas.
- Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with Curio's Tomato Relish on the side.
